Configure station routing rules at the Item level (e.g. Tandoori Chicken overrides to Tandoor station), parent Category level (e.g. all mocktails default to the Bar), or fall back to the default Venue station.

We use Server-Sent Events (SSE) and Redis Pub/Sub to push active ticket updates instantly to Kitchen Display Screens (KDS) and waiter apps, keeping your entire floor synchronized.

Smart Printer Fallbacks

If a station's printer runs out of paper or goes offline, the routing system automatically redirects the ticket queue to the primary pass terminal to ensure no orders are missed.

Modification Delta Ingestion

When a guest changes their order, the POS parses the delta and prints a clean modification ticket (highlighted with red MODIFY commands) rather than duplicate orders.

Indostra is offline-first cached. The local billing network queues KOT orders in the browser cache, routing print tickets directly over the local Wi-Fi router to receipt printers even with zero active internet connection.
