Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing or using the services, the customer agrees to these Terms and represents authority to bind the business using the service.

Use of service

• Use only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with documentation and policies.
• No interference, unauthorized access, reverse engineering beyond permitted scope, scraping, or abuse.

Accounts and security

The customer is responsible for account credentials and activity; Indostra may suspend accounts for security risks or violations with notice where feasible.

Subscriptions and payments

Fees apply per the selected plan; taxes may be additional; payments are processed through compliant gateways; billing terms may be updated with reasonable notice.

Availability and maintenance

Services are provided “as is” with commercially reasonable efforts for availability and support; scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance when possible.

Uptime commitments, response targets, exclusions, and credits are defined in the Service Level Agreement available at /sla.

Intellectual property

Indostra retains all rights, title, and interest in the services; no rights are granted except as expressly permitted; customer content remains the customer’s property.

Indemnities

Customer indemnifies Indostra against third‑party claims arising from unlawful use or content; Indostra indemnifies the customer for third‑party claims alleging the service infringes IP, subject to standard exclusions and control of defense.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Indostra’s total aggregate liability for all claims is capped at the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the first event giving rise to liability.

Indostra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within a reasonable cure period; upon termination, access ceases and post‑termination data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Changes

Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
